Rubik began with a rapid Tulip proof of value on one key production line, validating the data models, workflows and screen designs needed by operators. We then implemented Sage Intacct as the new ERP and built custom middleware in Microsoft Azure to connect Tulip with weigh scales, production machinery and core business workflows.
Tulip was rolled out across every production line, bringing operator guidance, quality checks and supervisor tasks into one connected platform. The resulting custom solution replaced fragmented systems with reliable data flows, end-to-end production traceability and a single source of truth for the whole operation.
